A fast social deduction game where one hidden Insider tries to blend in while everyone else uses clues and votes to expose them. Rooms support up to 6 players, with 4 needed to begin a round.
How the game works
This is a multi-round social deduction game. One player is secretly the Insider, and everyone else is trying to identify them before they win.
GoalThe group is trying to identify and eliminate the Insider. The Insider is trying to guess the secret word correctly without detection.
RolesRegular players receive the secret word for the current round and must give careful clues that show they know it without making it too obvious. The Insider does not receive the word and must bluff, blend in, and avoid suspicion.
RoundEach round starts with a new secret word. Players give one-word clues, either all at once or in sequence depending on the instructor setting, and then everyone votes for the most suspicious player. If the Insider is voted out, they get one final guess at the secret word.
Win ConditionsThe group wins if the Insider is eliminated and misses that final guess, or if the Insider disconnects or times out. The Insider wins by guessing the word correctly at any time, or by surviving until only three active players remain.
Special RulesDuplicate clues are not allowed. In sequential mode you must wait for your turn and give a different clue from the ones already revealed. A tied vote eliminates nobody and the game continues. Each clue and vote phase has a live timer, and missing an action causes elimination for timeout. Disconnected players have a short grace period to reclaim their seat from the room link before being removed.
